The countdown to the highly anticipated and rescheduled WBO world middleweight title showdown on December 19th is well and truly on.

In a fight that boxing fans have been literally itching for, the hype train and build up has really got under way with the Andy Lee and Billy Joe Saunders sitting down with Steve Bunce on BoxNation.
In a show dubbed Head To Head, the two converse on different tactics that could be used on the night, something that isn’t often seen among fighters – who frequently like to keep their game plans highly secretive until fight night.
Not the case with these two it would seem, as there was instances that referred to Andy Lee starting slow and coming on strong, for example, where the pair agreed on certain points.
The mutual respect continues to be shown between the two, with no need to trash talk, given the genuine credibility of the fight itself.
It will mark the first time in history that two men from travelling backgrounds will have contested for a professional boxing title, when the two throw down for the WBO middleweight championship of the world.
