The heavyweight champion of the world was in fine voice at the weekend’s world super- bantamweight unification fight between Carl Frampton and Scott Quigg in the UK.

WBO, WBA and IBO heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (25-0-18KO) is still waiting on an official date and opponent for his next bout in 2016, with wide speculation suggesting that it will be a rematch against Wladimir at some point in the summer.
Recently, it was announced by the AIBA (Amateur International Boxing Association) that professional boxers of any experience level or age will in the coming years be eligible to fight in the Olympics under new rules being proposed.
Speaking with Kugan Cassius of IFL TV at the weekend in Manchester, Fury (27) expressed interest in getting involved in the new format that will allow all professional boxers to participate in the future:
“The only thing I didn’t win is was an Olympic Gold medal. So I’m just deciding on a country that I want to go for in the Olympic Games.”
He added
“I’m being serious alright. If I get that I’ve topped everything, there’s nothing left for me to do, than just retire. So lets hope that I get that.”
