Two men once bitter rivals, united along with the rest of the world as respect is paid to the great Muhammad Ali.
Yesterday saw the funeral of the great Muhammad Ali and as expected, there was huge crowds that turned out in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
Two of the pallbearers for Ali’s coffin were none other than former undisputed heavyweight champions Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis.
During the ceremony when speakers were paying tribute to Ali, there was a nice moment where the two men who were once fierce enemies in the boxing ring, could be seen united in respect for the great man, Muhammad Ali:
Tributes have continued to flood in for Ali following yesterday’s ceremony, with the world still at a loss following the departure of one of it’s finest humans.
At the service itself, which was beamed around the world live to the general public, one such (outstanding) tribute that went down very well was from comedian Billy Crystal (hat tip to CNN):
