A Danny Garcia vs Andre Berto fight looks like it could potentially be just around the corner and from a fight style sense, what an action matchup it would likely be.
Garcia recently was linked with a possible fight against Manny Pacquiao but after it emerged from his father that he turned down the fight, attention now appears to be turning to a possible fight with Haitian Andre Berto.
According to boxing writer Michael Woods today, a possible date and venue have already been suggested for such a bout:
Sources saying real good chance we see @DannySwift v @AndreBerto Sept 24 in #Brooklyn@barclayscenter

The undefeated Garcia (32-0-18KO) last fought in January of this year when he beat Robert ‘The Ghost’ Guerrero via a unanimous points decision at the Staples Center in LA.
Berto’s last appearance in the boxing ring came in April last, when he stopped Victor Ortiz inside the distance at the Stub Hub Center in Carson, California.
Two fighters with all action, come forward styles, who carry decent punching power. If this one comes to fruition fight fans will likely be in for a treat.
