Klitschko Fury Rematch Could Be Off, Klitschko Going To Court

The Klitschko Fury rematch has been thrown into disarray this morning after Wladimir Klitschko addresses his fans on Facebook with a worrying message.

The fight had been looked to be all set for October 29th in Manchester, with Fury back in full training camp last week and now recovered from an ankle injury that delayed the original date for the rematch.

Now however, things are completely up in the air once again. Good old boxing.

Former heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has taken to social media this morning to address his fans with the following statement:

“Dear fans, I just want to keep you updated on the status quo of my rematch against Fury. Unfortunately but team Fury is trying to change the terms of already contract signed multiple times and it’s going on endless.”

He concluded:

“To protect my own rights and eventually see the rematch, I’m forced to go to court.”
