Hall of Fame boxing promoter Frank Warren has hit out at Chris Eubank senior for the way he has handled his son Chris Eubank Jr’s career.
It was announced by Eubank Jr recently that he would be pulling out of an upcoming fight with Tommy Langford due to an injury which was described as “tennis elbow”.
The Eubanks have created some controversy this year in terms of fight negotiations for fights falling out, most notably one with pound for pound boxing star Gennady Golovkin who ultimately opted to fight Kell Brook instead.
Frank Warren has had the following to say to Chris Eubank Sr on Twitter today:
If someone doesn’t protect your son from you he’s in real danger of ruining his career! FW pic.twitter.com/K6TxlefbO7

It is not known when Eubank Jr will be recovered from his current injury or who his next opponent will be.
In a press release recently put out from team Eubank, they said that they will be looking to secure a big fight next for junior, although it is unclear if this will be able to happen now before the end of 2016 with the current injury.
With the British middleweight title now vacant, it is understood that Tommy Langford (WBO number 2) will still box for the title next month on the same card in Cardiff, Wales, with a to be confirmed replacement opponent.
