Manny Pacquiao makes a subtle, or perhaps not so subtle hint to some, about the prospects of an upcoming rematch with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather.
The ‘Pacman’ recently overcame Jessie Vargas to capture the WBO welterweight title in Las Vegas via a unanimous points decision victory.
During the fight a certain Floyd Mayweather was spotted ringside which prompted the media to go into overdrive about talks regarding a potential rematch fight.
Reaction has been mixed from fans from what I’ve seen so far on the idea.
Reports in recent days also suggested that the pair met in a hotel following Pacquiao’s fight recently – to (apparently) discuss a rematch.
There is no denying it’s still a big fight and many would watch it but at the moment it looks like Pacquiao is trying to gauge public interest in social media in the fight with the following post on Twitter:

Hint, hint? Yeah, we get it Manny.
The pair originally fought on May 2nd, 2015 in what turned out to be a rather underwhelming fight overall in comparison to the massive build-up it received and billing as the ‘Fight of the Century’ beforehand.
Floyd Mayweather was technically far superior on the night but many fans had a bad taste in their mouth after the fight when Pacquiao mentioned a shoulder injury in the post-fight interview.
