Coming into the main event of the evening tonight between Vasyl Lomachenko vs Nicholas Walters, we have been polling our readers on Facebook to see who they think will win.
The results were fairly conclusive in favor of Lomachenko.
What was interesting though were some of the comments on the poll where the people that were picking Walters made themselves heard in the comments section here on Facebook:
From a betting perspective, you will also see from some of the latest odds coming into the fight that the bookies also seem to have Lomachenko as a healthy favorite.

It’s one of those fights that boxing fans are genuinely happy about for the most part. At least from what I’ve observed all week.
Never an easy thing to achieve in it’s own right.
Interestingly, it is rumored that Walters made the weight extremely well leading into tonight and is thought to be coming into the bout in genuine career best condition:
Sources say Nicholas Walters made weight well, was eating the whole week, didn’t drain himself to make 130 #boxing

Walters isn’t called the ‘Axe Man’ for nothing.
If his big right hand connects flush on the target no matter how good Lomachenko is, he or anyone in and around that weight class for that matter can be knocked out by a man as powerful as Walters.
The challenger to Lomachenko’s belt tonight has not said much in the run in to this fight.
He has chose instead to go under the radar for the most part with the main attention vibes circling around the ultra talented Ukraine boxing export – Vasyl Lomachenko.
Walters is certainly not to be underestimated mind you. Here is a quick reminder of why this is:

It should be kicking off approximately 1am Sunday morning Irish and UK time. 5pm local time in Vegas (PT) and 8pm Saturday evening ET in the US.
