It seems like a only yesterday that the whole Mayweather-Pacquiao pay per view bonanza went down but boxing has moved onto a new era now, almost two years removed from the Las Vegas event.

The fight ultimately didn’t live up to the hype, we all know that.
It delivered in the sense of being a big pay per view event that everyone watched it, and was a financial success for those involved.
But the result of the fight left boxing fans and indeed many sports fans annoyed that what they watched billed as ‘The Fight of The Century’ turned out to be anything but.
However boxing is doing okay once again around the world, if recent big fights getting made are anything to go by at least.
Fights fans want to see really seem to be getting made consistently once again.
Amid this once again sunny time for boxing, Floyd Mayweather is on tour in the UK speaking to fans about his legendary career amid speculation that he might come back for one final fight against UFC star Conor McGregor.
Whether that happens or not though in reality, still remains to be seen.
