Floyd Mayweather uncle Jeff Mayweather responds to comments made by UFC president Dana White about a Mayweather and McGregor boxing match.
UFC president Dana White came out swinging verbally this past weekend when questioned about a Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor boxing match.
A fight hat is being touted for later this year most likely in September at this point.
White brought up Floyd Mayweather uncle Jeff Mayweather during the press conference, who he said he goes way back with.
He seemed to be angry with Mayweather when talking about a potential 80-20 financial split in the fight, asking the press was Jeff a spokesman for team Mayweather.

It appears that the fight will finally be negotiated in the coming weeks after McGregor and his girlfriend have their first child together.
White seemed to be upset that potentially some of the behind the scenes negotiations were aired in public.

Most fans might not know Jeff as much as his nephew’s father Floyd senior or his other boxing uncle Roger Mayweather.
For those not familiar with Jeff Mayweather, he was a very successful fighter in his own right during his career and is a respected trainer in the sport today.
During his professional career Jeff Mayweather won the IBO lightweight title in 1994. His record when he retired reads 32-10-5 (10KO).
