US heavyweight Dominic Breazeale sues Deontay Wilder over an alleged altercation that took place earlier this year.
Earlier this year this footage emerged of an alleged brawl taking place in a hotel. It came following WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder’s fight in Alabama against Gerald Washington.
Wilder won the fight inside the distance. Also fighting on the card was fellow American heavyweight Dominic Breazeale.
Breazeale was involved in an early fight of the year contender with Izuagbe Ugonoh. He won the contest via knockout.
Following both fights an alleged brawl took place between members of Wilder’s team and Breazeale’s team.
Breazeale claimed Wilder and his team attacked him and members of his team in front of his wife and children.
Deontay Wilder issued this response on his Instagram account to the allegations at the time.

Now however TMZ are reporting that Breazeale is suing Wilder over the incident and that in the suit it contains:
“He (Breazeale) was with his wife and kids (ages 5 and 8) when Deontay and his brother, Marcellus, attacked him out of nowhere.”
Neither Wilder nor Breazeale have fights immediately scheduled next up.
At the end of this month a heavyweight unification will take place between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko in London, England.
Speculation has existed earlierhat WBC champion Wilder could be getting lined up to potentially face the winner of the fight at some point later this year.
