Anthony Joshua Reveals The Considerable Size Of His Team Behind Klitschko Win

No man is an island, as they say. Anthony Joshua reveals the titan team that helped him on the way to the win over Klitschko.

Anthony Joshua became an even bigger global star than he already was with his win over Wladimir Klitschko – and deservedly so.

Hard work pays off.

Anyone who’s done as much as he’s done in such a short time usually have a great time behind him as well though. Joshua is humble enough to admit it as well.

Since turning pro only a few years ago he’s built up a real team of expertise around him.

I remember when he won the Olympics back in 2012 in London he took a very long time to decide to turn pro, and indeed who he would be doing it with.

He was quoted before the Klitschko fight as saying a man is only as good as the company he keeps. Well, here’s the size of that company that help Joshua:

Boxing is an individual sport when it comes to fight night, there’s no doubt about that. The boxer gets in there and is the one taking the blows for other people’s entertainment.

But Joshua has nicely paid tribute to the above people who help him take that risk before he gets in there and they get out of the ring.

Fair play to him. It will be interesting to see how the journey progresses over the coming years.
