A day on from the biggest fight in recent boxing memory Anthony Joshua welcomes a fight with Fury for a couple of reasons.
As is often the case in boxing, as soon as one big fight is over the talk and debate about the next one starts almost straight away.
It’s very a much one of those what have you done for me later kind of sports for fans, who can be fical like any fans can in nature.
Their entitled too, they are the ones that pay their hard earned money for professional sports to exist in the first place.
The talk of the world right now is Anthony Joshua following his gigantic win over Klitschko this weekend.
He’s smart enough to know though that while he’s flying high at the moment, he must remain grounded and keep improving over the coming years if he wants to achieve the greatness he truly seeks.
Last night’s win has kept him on a good track and if he keeps improving and fighting in the big fights people want to see, there’s no denying he has a lot of potential.
Speaking to Sky News a day after the fight with Klitschko – Joshua said there is one fight in particular he wants:
“I just like to entertain and if that’s a fight (Tyson Fury) that will bring entertainment to the sport again, I’d love to be involved in another dust up, but this time it will be two Brits coming together.”
Music to the ears of fight fans wanting to see a showdown between the two.
