Tony Bellew and Wilder negotiate a potential WBC heavyweight title fight between each other live on TV from Wembley.
Bellew and Wilder have been in each other’s company quite a bit this week as the two continue to be linked with a potential heavyweight showdown.
It was a fight when it was initially mooted that seemed a bit of strange one, but following Bellew’s big win over David Haye it’s something that seems to have got a lot of people talking.
Indeed, both fighters are well able to talk too. They’ve been in the media all week and last night the two were forced to work side by side while doing punditry work on the Joshua vs Klitschko fight.
In fact, Bellew and Wilder were seen negotiating their potential fight live on TV here: (hat tip Luke’s Daily Sports YouTube)
Both men look to be seeing the dollar signs there. They know that although Wilder would probably start as a favorite, Bellew will drum up a lot of interest with his colorful verbals before the fight.
From an actual boxing point of view it would be interesting to see how Bellew would deal with the wild, free swinging style of Deontay Wilder.
No one gave Bellew much of a chance against David Haye, so who knows, becoming a heavyweight champion before retiring no doubt would interest Bellew.
