Tyson Fury has gone into overdrive in his bid to get a Joshua vs Fury fight on the table and a reality. Fans react big too.
Fans have reacted heavily on Twitter to Tyson Fury’s calls for a fight with Anthony Joshua.
If a Wladimir Klitschko fight with Joshua sold 90,000 tickets at Wembley stadium, perhaps they will need two Wembley stadiums for the demand for a Joshua vs Fury fight.
The reaction on Twitter so far certainly seems to suggest so at least:
Joshua impressed me with a gritty win but this guy is top of the pile IMO. Hope to see him back in the ring soon! @Tyson_Fury ?? pic.twitter.com/NsGsFaIgy3

@TomBoxingAsylum when fury played with him, wlad was finished. When joshua went life and death with him, that’s the best Klitschko ever. ******* casuals?

‘Best version of Wlad ever seen’ threw 25 more punches in Joshua fight than against Fury #Boxihg

But it’s not just fans, members of the fight community, TV companies and promoters who are interested in the fight.
Straight after the Joshua vs Klitschko fight at Wembley Joshua himself mentioned he would like the Fury fight and is very much open to it.
The feeling is mutual from Fury, who is stoking the flames for a showdown big time on Twitter:
Can you all imagine the build up of Tyson2fastfury vs AJ boxing original bad man vs the Squeakyclean nice guy.???????????

He has a point with his story line theme there. The bad guy vs the good guy story no doubt would capture fans’ imaginations and then some.
Maybe we’ll see this fight yet: (hat tip David Gray YouTube)
