Mike Tyson Worried About What Could Derail Anthony Joshua Career

‘Iron’ Mike Tyson has warned that the Anthony Joshua career could easily be derailed if the British boxer is not careful.

Mike Tyson knows a thing or two about heavyweight boxing careers.

As things stand today in 2017 at the time of this article, Mike Tyson is still the youngest ever heavyweight champion in history.

He saw the dizzying highs and crippling lows that can come with such monumental success early on into a professional athletic career.

Tyson’s story is one respected and known the world over.

No matter what you may think of him as a man or as a boxer, it’s fair to say the name ‘Mike Tyson’ is still one of the most instantly recognizable in boxing when it gets mentioned.

Tyson has been paying more attention to current heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua more than ever before since his classic battle with Klitschko at Wembley.

While Tyson has been full of praise for Joshua for the most part, he is worried that if Joshua’s fame and success is continued on the same path that it could go to his head if he is not too careful.

Tyson told the Daily Mail that:

“It’s so easy to have a big head when you’re successful all the time.”

Joshua doesn’t seem that type of person however – a very grounded individual by all accounts who doesn’t really have that big head side of his personality.
