Kell Brook Hoping For Some Unusual Weather At Spence Fight

The IBF welterweight champion wouldn’t mind some bizarre weather at tonight’s Spence fight outdoors in Sheffield.

All the hard work has now been done for both men ahead of tonight’s stadium fight in the UK.

At the moment they are probably making their way to the venue with the fight estimated to start at around 10.30pm local time in England, 2.30pm PT and 5.30pm ET in the US.

The weather according to Google in Sheffield is actually quite good, coming up at approximately 63 degrees Fahrenheit this evening.

Brook however wouldn’t mind seeing things taking a different turn. Speaking to Sky Sports he noted:

“To be honest, I would love the weather to get bad. In fact, I hope there’s a hail storm over him! I want it to be as uncomfortable as possible for Errol tonight before and after the first bell.”

It doesn’t look like he’ll get his wish as things stand on the current forecast but you never know with the weather.

It will be up to Brook himself to create his own storm in the ring to make things uncomfortable for his talented challenger tonight.

There is a feeling that the younger man from America might be the favorite going into tonight’s fight – certainly the bookies seem to think so.
