It’s little wonder that he has a lot of trust in a man that earns so much for him, and vice versa it must be said.
So much so now that Joshua has taken the plunge of becoming a boxing manager while also still being the active heavyweight champion of the world in the ring.
Today Eddie Hearn added his latest signing to Matchroom in the form of 2016 Olympian Joseph Buatsi and Joshua will also be involved:
We got the man!Delighted to welcome @boxingbuatsi to the @MatchroomBoxing @SkySportsBoxing team!Looking forward to taking him to the top!?? pic.twitter.com/MS5caS2VYs

It is understood than Anthony Joshua will manage the Olympic bronze medallist while Eddie Hearn will promote him.
Buatsi is being tipped for big things already and it will be interesting to see how Joshua balances the boxing business world with his own full-time fight duties and commitments as heavyweight champion.
