The boxing world reacts to the Andre Ward controversial stoppage of Sergey Kovalev in Las Vegas in the pair’s rematch.
The boxing world went into overdrive following Andre Ward’s stoppage over Sergey Kovalev in their second fight and talk surrounding the fight is in full flow since.
Leading up to the stoppage, some indicated that they thought Ward had landed a number of low blows before the decisive punch that closed the show.

Ward was ahead on the scorecards at the time of the stoppage it must be noted – as well as having Sergey Kovalev in bad trouble throughout the closing round.
