Mayweather and McGregor are now in full training mode ahead of their August 26th showdown in Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena.
Mayweather and McGregor are now just a little under two months away from round one.
Preparation is key in boxing, as it is in any sport, and it’s clear to see both fighters are taking things deadly serious at present.
Mayweather looks to be employing more traditional routines as far as the sweet science goes, whereas McGregor appears to be utilizing more unconventional methods and has been seen using a lot of speed drills in recent weeks not usually associated with boxing.
The Irishman has drafted in American boxer turned commentator Paulie Malignaggi as one of his main sparring partners to get ready for Mayweather.

Malignaggi will certainly be able to replicate some hand speed from a boxing perspective, always regarded as a quick handed fighter.
Here is how McGregor is getting ready at the moment as per his Instagram account:

Mayweather is known for his ferocious work ethic over the years and despite having more money than he knows what to do with, and the fact he probably isn’t under much pressure going into this fight – he is still training as hard as ever by the looks of things.
Admittedly though, he isn’t the fighter he once was at the age of 41:

Still fairly sharp though, in all fairness. Expect Mayweather and McGregor to be a lot sharper though come August 26th.
