Conor McGregor posts a series of social media photos and messages aimed subtly, but squarely at his upcoming opponent.
They say the man they call ‘Mystic Mac’ predicts ‘these things’. As he would say in his own words.
However surely a prediction of a Conor McGregor win for the Irishman over boxing great Floyd Mayweather is even beyond the reach of the talented MMA fighter.
One thing is for certain, he sure knows how to get people interested in him on social media.
Over the last day he’s posted a series of cryptic messages with an ominous tone for Mayweather – as he gets up for their August 26th clash:

Making reference to a certain bad guy called Bane from a Batman movie not long ago. Perhaps one of the more evil bad guys in recent film history.

Not that Mayweather will be intimidated mind you. He looks like he’s taking training seriously which could spell painful news for the man from Dublin.
McGregor, ever the entertainer, also posted this picture asking fans how he got in the position to land the shot to the body here on a sparring partner:

If he were to land a solid body punch on Mayweather it would be an impressive feat to say the least.
For 49 opponents in Mayweather’s professional career thus far, it has proved to be virtually an impossible task to land on the Mayweather rib cage or body.
