McGregor could be trying to lull Floyd Mayweather into a false sense of security even more so than he already has.
Lets face it, McGregor is up against it in every come August 26th against Floyd Mayweather.
He is entering the lion’s den in Las Vegas in a sport he’s never competed at professionally against that particular sport’s best boxer of this generation.
In the months leading up to the announcement of the fight, McGregor posted numerous amounts of training footage appearing to show him in a less than stellar light.
When it comes to his boxing training and sparring that is.

It’s brought about widespread dismissal of his chances by the boxing community in particular, but if you look a bit deeper into McGregor’s past – there’s a bit more than meets the eye it would appear.
One fan made video shows paints the picture a bit more:
Mayweather’s team have already said they are not paying any attention to McGregor’s social media videos as they could just be there to simply let Mayweather think he’s in for an easier night than he already might be.
The bookmakers disagree though and think McGregor has some sort of a chance at 4/1.
Those are shorter odds than some of Mayweather’s boxing opponents in recent years, astonishingly.
One thing is for certain – Conor McGregor is one crazy character. When it comes to mind games he’s going to do everything he possibly can to get under Mayweather’s skin.
Freud once said when referring to the Irish:
“This is one race of people for whom psychoanalysis is of no use whatsoever.”
Make no mistake, no one is going to out-crazy Irishman Conor McGregor. Time will tell if it will be enough to unsettle Mayweather in the ring.
