Guillermo Rigondeaux and Lomachenko manager Egis Klimas get into Twitter beef surrounding potential future fight.
Purists of the sweet science would love nothing more than a showdown between two modern day boxing greats Vasyl Lomachenko and Guillermo Rigondeaux.
Lomachenko in many people’s eyes sits a top of the pound for pound rankings. Not long ago Rigondeaux was up there in the mythical list too.
The latter has been blighted by outside the ring problems stopping him from getting big fights, from lack of promoter and broadcaster interest – to fighters in some cases flat out avoiding him because he’s simply too good.

Both men spoke recently and apparently agreed that one day they would fight. However, things have now taken a more realistic turn with the powers that be seemingly getting involved now.
Respected manager to Lomachenko, Egis Klimas, has been going back and forward with Rigondeaux to that end on Twitter:
