The latest Prichard Colon 2017 update on the former undefeated Puerto Rican professional boxer who tragically had his career cut short.
Earlier in the year it was reported that Prichard Colon (16-1-13KO) was sadly under 24 hour care from his mother but some positive news has now emerged.
For those not familiar with the Prichard Colon story, a brief recap.
Prichard was a highly touted undefeated fighter from Puerto Rico with dynamite in his fists, on the rise – until one night on October 17th in 2015 tragedy struck.
Fighting Terrel Williams in Virginia, Colon was struck with rabbit punches a number of times which saw him rushed to the emergency room after the fight.

Subsequently earlier this year in 2017 according to the Washington Post, the family of Prichard filed a $50 million lawsuit against the physician of the fight on the night, as well as naming Headbanger’s Promotions and DiBella Entertainment in the suit who were the co-promoters of the fight card on the night.
On a positive note however, a new video has been released by the PBC showing Prichard moving his head a little and making some progress at the moment:
