Golovkin and Canelo react straight after the fight in the ring after 12 rounds in Las Vegas that ultimately was scored a draw.

Max Kellerman interviewed both fighters straight after the fight on HBO and Golovkin despite many feeling he won the fight, was typically humble and wished the Mexican fans of Canelo well.

Canelo didn’t think Golovkin’s power was that heavy in his questions from Kellerman.

When asked about wanting a part two – both were adamant that they would take the rematch.

It seems like it will almost be inevitable to happen next May for the next big Mexican national holiday weekend.

“Of course I want a rematch. I want a fight. I want a true fight”, said Golovkin.

“We’ll see. We’ll fight in the second one but I’ll win anyways.”, said Canelo.
