Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua puts Chris Kamara through his paces in rather hilarious fashion as only ‘Kammy’ could.

Former soccer player turned TV personality Chris ‘Kammy’ Kamara is well known to sports fans for his banter and sense of humour.

He’s had some pretty funny attempts at boxing in the past on Sky TV. On one occasion he hopped in the ring with a certain Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton.

Only to get dropped with what looked like one of the lightest possible jabs Hatton could throw to the body:

In keeping with his sense of humour ahead of big fights, he’s stepped in there with Anthony Joshua this week ahead of Joshua’s latest fight with Carlos Takam on Saturday night.

On a more serious note, Carlos Takam will be looking to do some damage to Joshua this weekend in a fight that many are expecting Joshua to win comfortably.

That’s the danger though, with these type of fights.

If Joshua was to take his eye off the ball even for a split second Takam is a relatively big puncher and at heavyweight – all it takes is one shot.
