Billy Joe Saunders transforms condition and has added bulk ahead of his latest middleweight title defence coming up.
If anyone had asked questions about Saunders’ fitness and conditioning in the past, they likely won’t be now as the WBO middleweight world champion appears to be in the shape of his life with just under a month out from his next defence.
He’ll travel to Canada to take on David Lemieux just before Christmas on December 16th and is clearly training hard at the moment:

Having boxed just only back in September against Willie Monroe Jr, it appears Saunders is looking to add extra bulk to possibly improve on his punching power.
While never been a knockout artist so to speak, Saunders has demonstrated he can pop on more than one occasion with 12 of his 25 wins coming back way of knockout as a professional.
He also dropped Irishman Andy Lee in their fight to initially win the world title a couple of years ago on route to a points win.
Should Saunders come through Lemieux it is thought he will be in poll position for a shot at the winner of the Golovkin vs Canelo rematch at some point in 2018.
