Anthony Joshua smashes window in Amsterdam in a video that you won’t come across everyday in the boxing world.
Joshua has been on extensive travels over the last month or so since securing his latest victory in the ring over Carlos Takam.
He’s been in the likes of Dubai striking up partnerships in recent weeks – but now he’s back in Europe on the way back to the UK soon.
He’s made a pit stop in Amsterdam though to help with the opening up of a new Under Armour store in the famous city and in a bit of genius marketing, they’ve given him permission to smash a window in the store with a boxing glove on to open it up:
Good fun had by all by the looks of things. Certainly a novel idea to get a professional fighter to do given their punching ability.
One would imagine the expense of the window was minor in the grand scheme of publicity it generated thus far.
From a boxing perspective, Joshua still finds himself in negotiations at the moment for his next opponent – with the leading candidate thought to be WBO champion Joseph Parker.
If an agreement cannot be made than Joshua could be forced to face a mandatory contender next up.
