Earlier today Vasyl Lomachenko sent Floyd Mayweather a visual tweet in the form of former wrestling superstar “The Rock” telling Mayweather to bring it.
Hundreds of boxing fans interpreted this as Lomachenko calling out Mayweather of course.
Until (only after he sent the initial tweet it must be noted) the man from the Ukraine insisted it was a joke shortly after and that instead, he wants a piece of Floyd Mayweather fighter Gervonta Davis.
Lomachenko cleared things up but still has a bone to pick with Mayweather however, as he believes he is hiding his fighter “Tank” from him:
. @FloydMayweather It would have been an honor to fight you in your prime but I’m not talking about you. Please stop hiding your fighter.

Davis has had to contend with some out of the ring issues in recent times which have now been cleared up.
Although it has been a bit of a mess of a year for him all in all, having had to surrender his world title on the weighing scales last time out fighting on the undercard of Mayweather vs McGregor back in August.
Lomachenko on the other hand is riding the crest of a wave having recently stopped rival Guillermo Rigondeaux inside the distance of their contest in New York earlier this month.
