Rio Ferdinand gets taken apart by fans online after his latest boxing training post which has gone down with hilarious responses thus far.
Ferdinand is currently training hard for his first professional boxing fight under the likes of Richie Woodhall and other notable trainers.
The fight is sponsored by a large gambling company and it is not known yet where or who he will fight just yet, but he appears to be taking the training serious.
