Billy Joe Saunders is currently preparing for his next challenge in the form of Martin Murray but his eye is never too far away from other fights going on in the sport.
Indeed, most fighters are boxing fans and keep a keen eye on fights that the public would like to see.
One such fight is of course the long-awaited Amir Khan vs Kell Brook fight which took a more tangible step to becoming a reality recently when Khan signed with the same promoter as Brook.
On who he thinks wins the WBO middleweight world champion Billy Joe Saunders said:
Not just saying this but @SpecialKBrook takes @amirkingkhan out Bad Man style

He’s had quite a bit of reaction to his opinion so far – here’s some of the feedback thus far:
Agreed. No doubt Khan would win some rounds, but he can’t avoid Kell’s speed, pop and precision accuarcy for the full 12.

Brooks speed ? compare to khans

Timing beats speed. Garcias speed compared to khans ? we all saw what happened.?

He didn’t box in that fight he tried to ko Danny because Angel got into his head and he held his feet to long that’s why that happened, he’s obviously going to outbox Brook

Nonsense. Khan was putting on a boxing clinic early on, but Garcia started timing Khan’s predictable leap-in combos.

I wouldn’t fancy brook at 147 against anyone else. I don’t think conditioning and weight will matter in this one as khans not a big body puncher. It’ll just be a case of waiting to land the right shot for 36 mins. Be interesting to see what the rehydration limit would be.
