Heavyweight champion of the world Anthony Joshua is currently in full swing preparations for his March 31st unification bout with WBO champion Joseph Parker.
Ahead of the fight at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, Joshua has started posting some clips and snaps of his early training regime.
It looks intense to put it mildly.
Known for pushing himself to the absolute limit of what he is capable of mentally and physically, here’s the latest training technique the Watford man is using:

Clearly already in supreme condition, fight fans have been all saying the same thing for the most part:
Great for knocking guys out early in fights. Explosive. Fast twitch stuff, but as far as going deep in fights, you know yourself you’re gonna struggle. Too much muscle mass to be carrying around. You’ll get so gassed. I get it’s an image, but need to strip it down a bit.

Didn’t he knock Klitshcko out in he 11th? A fighter who had dominated the heavyweight division for all those years?

No USADA for that man

Obviously, USADA have **** all to do with AJ as he isn’t American. It would be UKAD, and he was tested 3x in 4 weeks leading upto klitchko fight. Has the same body shape now imo… pretty pointless comment

There has been some concerns in the past that Joshua is carrying too much muscle for a heavyweight boxer but up to date, he has passed any tests asked of him to be fair.
