Incredibly the Mayweather vs McGregor MMA fight story continues and not only that, one of the most straight talking people involved in making it is not ruling out, and actually calling Mayweather out to come over.

Before the whole Mayweather vs McGregor boxing match back in August UFC president Dana White said for months that he never thought the fight would happen.

In the beginning he was against it but alas, it happened in the end.

Afterwards the bout set a global record for pay per view buys for a combat sports event.

The straight talking White while speaking on UFC on Fox told the TV hosts that he expects Mayweather to now return the favor, so to speak:

“You know, Floyd said leading up to the fight with Conor that he would do both (boxing and MMA) so we’ll see what happens. Obviously the only way making that fight again makes any sense is if he comes into the Octagon. We went over and boxed him, you know, the UFC and Conor McGregor. Now it’s time for reciprocate and come fight in the Octagon”

You’d have to think that behind the scenes this is some sort of set up.

Mayweather would be annihilated in an MMA fight against McGregor, surely he knows that. There’d have to be an agreement for McGregor to take it easy on him you think, in some sort of pantomime mass scale fixed fight.
