The outspoken Liverpool boxer has won a lot of support for his comments today after a soccer coach was reported to allegedly have abused young footballers in the UK during the 1980s and 1990s.
Bellew often has a say on news and current affairs and has built up a loyal following for his to the point, no nonsense views.
That tend to care little for being politically correct.
Today a horrific story in the sports world broke when the following was reported:
"For us, he was like a God. He was going to make me a professional footballer."
Barry Bennell was "a child molester on an industrial scale" who abused young footballers in the 1980s and 1990s. His victims cheered in court when he was found guilty of 50 counts of child sex abuse. pic.twitter.com/yNSly2aH2y
