Following this weekend’s WBA super-middleweight world title fight between George Groves and Chris Eubank Jr – Tyson Fury and an army of fans were seen on the streets of Manchester afterwards.
The former heavyweight champion of the world Tyson Fury was in attendance ringside this past weekend to watch Groves out point Eubank Jr in an excellent main event of the World Boxing Super Series.
Fury being from Manchester was always going to a popular celebrity guest in attendance.
But, judging from this video he’s very much still a man of the people to his local home town in Manchester:

Incredible scenes.
It is understood that those who were there near where the above march took place, reported the crowd to be at least four hundred or so fans alongside Fury on the streets of Manchester.
Fury is now awaiting his old boxing license back in the coming weeks but his suspension has been lifted by the British Boxing Board which should make this a formality.
He is training with new trainer Ben Davison ahead of a comeback expected most likely this May.
It was thought April originally but with this now only been a couple of months away the smart money is on a May return.
Here’s another angle of Fury getting mobbed this weekend in Manchester:
