Rapper 50 Cent has bet on Adrien Broner to beat Jessie Vargas this weekend in New York. He didn’t reveal how much – but he did get fired up in a video reaction providing running commentary on Broner’s very public abuse of Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe this week.

50 Cent is not involved in the boxing industry as much as he used to be but still very much keeps up with latest happenings and regularly posts videos on his opinion not just on big fights in boxing – but his opinion on UFC fighters like Conor McGregor.

This weekend Adrien Broner fights Jessie Vargas at the Barclays Center and went on a rant this week against a number of people – including the co-promoter of the event this weekend Leonard Ellerbe.

Ellerbe has been side by side Floyd Mayweather from the beginning of his pro career and in recent years has acted as the CEO of Mayweather Promotions.

This didn’t impress Broner however – or 50 Cent for that matter:

While Broner has experienced a lot of chaos this past couple of years outside of the ring – coming off a defeat to Mikey Garcia should see him very fired up this weekend.

In a bout that on paper certainly has what it takes to create some fireworks.
