The final Final Haye Bellew presser took place today ahead of Saturday’s heavyweight rematch in London and one unexpected guest decided to crash the press conference at one point.
Mind games have long been a part of both Tony Bellew and David Haye’s approach to fights but whatever the case was today, it could have just been another case of a bizarre, wacky event happening during a boxing press conference.
Nothing ever surprises one any more when it comes to boxing press conference after you’ve covered the sport long enough.
Today Jay from ‘The Inbetweeners’ (James Buckley) produced this odd moment:

A bit of fun more than anything.
Earlier in the week Bellew had referred to Haye’s manager as an actor from the above show and it seemed he and Haye wanted to call Bellew on his jibe.
All jokes aside, the business end of proceedings is now at hand for the two boxers.
Tomorrow’s weigh-ins will show a lot in terms of how light Haye is going to come in for the rematch and how hard Bellew has taken preparations second time around.
