Frank Warren flyweight Harvey Horn has agreed a deal with respected boxing brand Kronk to become its latest athlete ambassador.
The deal will see Kronk become Horn’s official apparel partner for his fight this weekend and in an upcoming documentary on the 22-year-old.
The brand which started in America has worked with the likes of Thomas Hearns, Evander Holyfield and Vitali Klitschko. In more recent times they can boast the likes of Irish superstar Michael Conlan and world-champion Ryan Burnett.
Horn represented Team GB at a number of tournaments including the prestigious World Series of Boxing before turning professional and is currently has an unbeaten record in his two bouts to date.
Talking of the deal, Harvey said: “I am really delighted to be part of the Kronk team, I’ve really admired their clothing and of course everyone in boxing has heard of them.
“I think this could be the start of something quite big for me, we have a number of plans that we are looking at.
“Over the years they’ve worked with over 40 world champions and everyone that knows me knows that is the level that I want to get to.”
Kronk Managing Director Paul Starkins said: “Kronk is renowned as the ‘Home of Champions’ and we are looking to build long-term relationships with boxers we feel echo our brand values and heritage.
“Working with a talent like Harvey supports those objectives and we feel we can grow together with this agreement. He is someone we view as having unlimited potential.
“He is someone who carries himself well in and out of the ring, his amateur pedigree speaks for itself and under the guidance of Mark and Jimmy Tibbs it is only a matter of time before he gets to World level. We are delighted to be working with him.”
