Deontay Wilder Questions Joshua’s Courage In Emotion-Filled Letter

WBC heavyweight champion of the world Deontay Wilder has taken to social media to finally put to bed everything after the last three months of hellish negotiations with Anthony Joshua.

In a sense, it’s great that we can now finally move on from this saga for a while.

Well, at least until it rears its head again.

Whenever that might be.

But for now, it appears that Deontay Wilder has turned down Eddie Hearn’s new $20 million offer for two fights, with one this year for $5 million and the second next April for $15 million against Joshua at Wembley Stadium in London.

More and more people seems to be siding with Wilder and against Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn since this whole thing started.

Perhaps the main reason being – people believing an actual fighter over a promoter, and the fact that Joshua has kept quiet during this whole time.

While Wilder has not. Not in the slightest – he’s been passionately giving his side of things everywhere he has been able to.

Wilder has attempted to put things to bed once and for all with this letter to boxing fans on the subject in his own words on Instagram:

“Dear Boxing Fans,

I tried to give you guys the Biggest fight of your lives,
The most exciting fight in world history.
