The DAZN billion dollar boxing deal took a more real step today with a lot of confirmed dates, fighters and information about its services unveiled.
Boxing and MMA will be the two primary focuses sports-wise for the platform in the US, operated by the Perform Group worldwide.
The CEO of the group, Michael Buffer, Eddie Hearn and MMA promoter Scott Coker did most of the talking today.
Anthony Joshua vs Alexander Povetkin will be the center point for the first event on the platform on September 22nd which should enable it to get quite a few early subscribers in the US.
The World Boxing Super Series will also be on the platform for American boxing fans in its second season as a tournament.
