Belfast’s favorite fighting son Carl ‘The Jackal’ Frampton was forced to strip in order to make-weight today ahead of his fight with Australia’s Luke Jackson tomorrow in Belfast.

The hometown favorite clearly trained hard mind you, just cut it a little thin with the last few ounces on making the weight which is not uncommon in boxing.

Training under Manchester’s Jamie Moore, Moore noted that he believes Frampton is 10% fitter for this fight than when he was in his last contest against Nonito Donaire.

A fight he looked impressive in.

One would expect a big performance from Frampton tomorrow night as he now comes down the home stretch of the prime of his career where he knows to get the big fights that he wants, he needs to look impressive tomorrow night.
