UK YouTube star KSI takes on American YouTube superstar tonight at the Manchester Arena in the UK.
Two huge stars of the internet, the event has even attracted big names from the world of pro boxing to many of the fight’s build-up.
Former world champion Johnny Nelson was involved in a preview show, as well as Michael Buffer as an MC.
Badou Jack was also present at yesterday’s weigh-ins.
Tonight’s fight is thought to be the first of a two-part series in what has been confirmed earlier on by the British Boxing Board of Control as having nothing to do with them.
Despite the fight taking place on UK soil later on.
One would hope the appropriate medical insurance and precautions have been taken out, which surely they would have for such a large event, if something (God forbid) were to happen to the two white-collar boxers tonight.
Neither of the pair acknowledged themselves as professional boxers ahead of tonight’s event, to be fair.
Hence the lack of involvement from the BBBofC.
That said, it doesn’t stop the fight generating huge interest worldwide.
The fight will take place between 9.30pm-10pm local time in the UK which is 2pm-2.30pm in the afternoon on the West coast of the US, 4.30pm-5pm in the East.
The fight is exclusively a YouTube pay per view event available on YouTube.
