Things got heated in more ways than one not just in the ring between Gennady Golovkin and Canelo Alvarez, but also a section of their supporters afterwards at the weekend.
Canelo Alvarez ultimately won a majority decision this past weekend at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas after what was a highly entertaining battle to watch.
Going into the fight a lot of bad blood existed between both fighters, teams and supporters who slung a lot of insults at one another for months on end.
It would appear this tension was not fully burned off even after the Canelo win for a small minority of his fans.

Apparently the fighters they were shouting up at towards on the balcony were the Charlo brothers, who perhaps will be eyeing a possible fight with Canelo down the road at some point.
Canelo now has a whole host of options next up following his capturing of two recognized world titles at the weekend.
He’s been linked with a fight against David Lemieux next up in December.
After that, you’d have to think he’ll go after the remaining belts in 2019 and target the likes of current WBO belt holder Billy Joe Saunders.
A third fight with Golovkin is surely also an option in the new year.
