World famous actor Denzel Washington was at a big fight recently and came into contact with one fan who didn’t care who he was.
Washington has been known to be a big fight fan over the years.
More often than not he’s usually ringside at the biggest fights that happen every year in the US.
He was at least weekend’s GGG vs Canelo 2 fight in Vegas and had taken a seat that allegedly did not belong to him in the VIP section at the T-Mobile Arena.
According to The Blast, renowned gambler RJ Cipriani, nicknamed locally as ‘Robin Hood 702’ for his propensity to give away his winnings kindly to the less fortunate, confronted Denzel who was sitting in his seat.
The report claims Cipriani said:
“I’m being nice to you and you’re coming at me with all this anger and arrogance. I mean, I don’t know who you think you are but you’re in my seat. So unless you want this to end like ‘Training Day,’ get out of my seat now.”
Apparently Denzel then got up and took another seat, allowing Cipriani and his wife to take their seats at the Golovkin vs Canelo 2 fight in Vegas.
Well, Denzel obviously got accommodated elsewhere but by all accounts a fist fight was very close to breaking out.
