As are most boxing nuts working in the industry tend to be.
He’s been in the boxing business for probably as long as anyone outside of the likes of Bob Arum, Frank Warren and others still in boxing today, so knows more than most.
This weekend he’s back in the UK to announce the heavyweight title fight between Anthony Joshua and Alexander Povetkin taking place in Wembley.
Speaking to IFL TV he gave his side on the whole Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2 talks lately:
“If it happens it happens. Right now it’s just talk. I think it has some appeal for sure. There’s some drama that can be sold there, without a doubt.”
This weekend’s Anthony Joshua fight that Buffer will be announcing will take place live on DAZN in the US and on Sky Sports Box Office in the UK.
