Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis’ career is still a little up in the air at this point without a date or name pencilled in but he’s been keeping an eye on all the boxing action this weekend.
Davis is considerably smaller than WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford which would make a potential bout between the two highly unlikely in the first place.
But you never know, down the road, Davis one day might fancy his chances of going all the way to welterweight if the money was right.
For now though, he wasn’t impressed with what he saw in Crawford’s 12th round TKO victory last night over Jose Benavidez Jr in Omaha:
Both of them slow asf

No shade I don’t see nothing special about Crawford

Davis also had time to compare himself to one Vasyl Lomachenko. A fight he was linked with not long ago:
Nah he not. I will break him…actually my biggest fear is thinking someone my friend and they end up …. me over petty money https://t.co/qPK0LoJrLv

Davis was linked with a fight against Abner Mares recently for his next bout.
However strained relations with his promoter Floyd Mayweather have made his current status unknown at this time in terms of his next fight.
