It has been confirmed by Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao himself that he will take on Adrien ‘The Problem’ Broner next up and fans believe it will only end one way.
When you consider that Manny Pacquiao is now coming to the end of his career in age terms and that Broner if anything should only be approaching his prime, usually the story goes that the young lion dethrones the older lion.
But that’s premised on logic of course, when do boxing and logic ever go hand in hand?
Sporadically at best. That’s when.
Broner has not lived the life out of the ring in recent years and has paid the price in some of his fights whereas Pacquiao last time out rolled back the clock with a vintage performance and stoppage over big punching Lucas Matthysse.
It appears, for this reason, people all believe that Pacquiao will take Broner when they fight next January:

Broner is a slow starter and doesn’t nearly throw enough punches. Pac will be too busy for Broner.

Pacquiao on points also. Can’t see any other result. Is this a tune up for Pacman before a second meeting with Floyd?
