The greatest female boxer of all time returns to the ring this weekend in Boston at the TD Garden Arena.
The Olympic Gold medallist and now professional boxing world champion is still fighting for respect and achievement however as she continues to help grow women’s boxing on the new DAZN streaming app in the US.
Rome wasn’t built-in a day but if she keeps chalking in knockouts and big performances, over the next two to three years, she could play a genuinely big part in putting women’s boxing on the map in a similar way to how Ronda Rousey propelled female MMA within the UFC a few years back.
Speaking to DAZN USA after her weigh-in today Taylor revealed that away from boxing she is indeed a big fight fan and enjoys watching these in particular:
“I love watching Terence Crawford, (Vasyl) Lomachenko, Anthony Joshua and (Oleksandr) Usyk.”
Taylor’s fight tomorrow night against Cindy Serrano will be shown live on DAZN in the US and will be available on Sky Sports for those in the UK and Ireland.
