As below’s footage shows champion Bivol and challenger Pascal almost lost their tempers completely as they went at it with pushing and needed to be restrained.

The pair will fight this weekend on HBO in Atlantic City for Bivol’s WBA light-heavyweight title in a fight that really seems to have gone under the radar as HBO begins finishing up in boxing.

Many will remember Jean Pascal for his fights over the years against the likes of Carl Froch, Bernard Hopkins and other well-known names but it’s champion Bivol who’s been making a big splash at 175lbs in recent times.

The Russian is only 14-0 (11KO) so will certainly not be as experienced as a professional as Pascal but that said, Bivol comes into this weekend as a warm favorite.

Pascal has often being known for his energetic outbursts like the above.

But at his age and stage of his career now he must surely know in his heart of hearts he’ll need to go for broke tomorrow night against the younger, stronger champion from Russia.
