Trainer Ben Davison proved himself more than capable of working in the corner of a world heavyweight title fight last week when his charge Tyson Fury drew with WBC champion Deontay Wilder in LA.
Going into the fight critics pointed to Davison’s lack of experience at top level but both he and Fury consistently maintained their unflappable belief in one another throughout fight week and ultimately when it counted on fight night.

Ultimately the proof was in the pudding as the vast majority of pundits believed Fury deserved to have got the decision in the fight after boxing to an excellent game plan developed by Davison.
The rematch is thought to be under negotiations at this time for some point in 2019.
